In case of amendments to the confirmed itinerary and/or ticket, the Travel Agent's amendment fee is charged along with any amendment fees which may be charged by the respective Principal.

Unscheduled Change/Disruption

Expenses relating to unscheduled extensions (e.g., accommodation) due to flight re-scheduling, delays, or other causes beyond the control of Travelstart will be the responsibility of the Client. It is suggested that travel insurance may cover these expenses and it is the Client’s responsibility to confirm the specific provisions of their travel insurance.

Refunds

No refunds will be considered by Travelstart if the Client has not purchased the "Trip Cancellation and Refund Guarantee Product" at the time of making the booking. Refunds by Principals are subject to their terms and conditions, with both Principal and Travelstart potentially charging refund fees. Refunds can take from 6 (six) months to a year or longer to process and standard processing time can vary from 6 to 8 weeks depending on the airline.

The Client is advised to check the spelling of names as per passport/identity document before confirming a booking. Misaligned names may lead to boarding refusal or name change penalties, with some airlines not allowing name changes at all. Travelstart accepts no liability in this regard.

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all documentation is in order, including passports, visas, health requirements like vaccinations, and quarantine regulations of the destination country.
