Complaints and returns in Montblanc

Montblanc Returns & Exchange Policy

• Return Timeframe: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days from the physical possession of the products.
• Return Process:
  1. Contact the Client Relations Center for a return form.
  2. Complete the form and include it with the returned product along with all accessories and documents in the original box.
  3. Use the provided pre-paid airway bill for shipping if utilizing the pick-up service.
  4. Only returns to the Montblanc e-boutique distribution center or selected retail boutiques will be processed.
• Products Condition: Products must be returned new, unused, with tags and protective materials attached. Quality Control (QC) will assess the returned product. Products failing QC will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• Non-returnable Items: Personalized items, writing instruments with ink, opened bottles or refills, and final sale items like fragrances and aerosols cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days via the original payment method, excluding non-standard delivery costs which are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Products can be exchanged following the return process. For exchanges with less expensive items, a merchandise credit will be issued, refunds at the discretion of the e-boutique.

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
• For United Arab Emirates orders, cards will be charged in AED.


• Upon completing an order, a payment authorization is requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds.
• The actual charge occurs when the order is dispatched, accompanied by a notification email.
