• Flaine, France – a family-friendly resort with convenient access to the slopes.
• Avoriaz, France – a high-altitude destination within the Portes du Soleil ski area.
• La Plagne and Les Arcs, France – large French ski areas suited to longer mountain breaks.
• Bansko and Borovets, Bulgaria – options for travellers looking for value-focused ski holidays.

Flexible Ski Holiday Booking Technology from Heidi

Heidi was founded in 2018 by brothers Marcus and Alexander, who wanted an alternative to rigid traditional package holidays. Its booking technology lets travellers change the departure airport, travel day, duration and holiday extras rather than being restricted to a standard seven-night Saturday-to-Saturday package. Skiers can also search last-minute availability, with selected trips bookable as close as two days before departure.

The platform also offers accommodation-only ski holidays for customers arranging their own transport, plus self-drive options. For groups, Heidi provides dedicated trip planning and currently advertises a buy 9 lift passes, get the 10th free offer subject to its terms.

Who Are Heidi Ski Holidays Best Suited To?

Heidi is particularly relevant to families, couples, groups, beginners and flexible travellers who want to assemble a ski trip around their own schedule. Families can use dedicated filters for child-friendly resorts and kids' clubs, while experienced skiers can select a destination, airport and duration without committing to a fixed weekly format. Self-drive and hotel-only options also suit travellers who do not need a complete flight package.

Heidi Discount Codes and Ski Holiday Deals

Before booking a Heidi ski holiday, check Picodi.com for current Heidi discount codes, promotional offers and available savings. Picodi aggregates active voucher codes and promotions so shoppers can check potential discounts before completing their booking on Heidi. Heidi itself also promotes flexible booking offers, including a £99 per-person lock-in price on eligible holidays, while selected campaigns can provide additional savings or benefits. Availability and promotional terms can vary by holiday and booking conditions.

Payments, Support, ATOL Protection and Cancellation Rules

Heidi supports an initial deposit followed by payment of the remaining balance, with instalment plans available on eligible bookings. The standard booking conditions state that the remaining balance is due at least 84 days before departure, while instalment schedules and applicable dates are shown during booking. Flight-inclusive holidays sold by Heidi are ATOL protected.

There is no single standard delivery charge or delivery timeframe because Heidi sells travel rather than physical products: flights, transfers and other travel arrangements depend on the selected itinerary. Customers receive booking and travel information electronically, while support is available from Heidi's UK team through channels including live chat, WhatsApp, phone and email. Cancellation charges depend on the booking date and time remaining before departure; for holidays booked on or after 23 April 2026, the published charges range from 30% of the total cost when cancelling more than 84 days before departure to 100% within 7 days.
