Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Sri Sri Tattva believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal policy for Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund.

• Cancellation:

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. For outright cancellations by the customer: If the order is cancelled before the product has shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.

• Return & Replacement:

1. Products are eligible for replacement only if there are defects found.
2. For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, the issue should be referred to the concerned manufacturer.
3. If the product is received in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
4. It is required to contact customer service to initiate the replacement and send images/snapshots of the damaged product.
5. Replacement depends on the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available, only a refund will be offered.

• Refund Policy:

1. If a refund request is accepted, refunds will be made in the same form that payment was received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
