Regatta - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Returns within 30 days are accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition. A full refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt, and customers are notified by email once processed. Items purchased directly from the website cannot be returned to concessions or 3rd party retailers.

Items bought at Regatta high-street stores can be returned to any high-street location within 30 days. Conversely, items from third party retailers or concessions should be returned to the original place of purchase. Only orders placed through the website can be returned directly to the warehouse.

To exchange an item purchased online, return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. For store purchases, return the item with the receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days to any store.
