• Register the device on RELX Club for 6 months’ extended warranty by completing the required information.

Invalid Claims:

• Malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
• Damage resulting from neglect, unsafe use or misuse, cognizant or accidental.
• Damage from natural causes like lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.
• Theft or loss of the product.
• Operating outside the intended use or negligence of instructions from RELX.
• Claims for non-defective products.

Procedure for Filing Warranty Claim:

1. Email RELX customer care at support@relxintl.com or submit a complaint at the provided contact page.
2. Provide proof of purchase, otherwise the claim will be voided.

• 60-day refund for items bought from RELX based on product quality issues.
